Resume Refinishing begins with an in depth review of the client’s existing resume and a 60-minute conversational interview. Discussions focus on professional experience, goals for the future, personal interests, and all of the cross-sectional skills that make the client unique. The client will receive a primary draft for review. There will be a 15-minute call to share feedback. All major revisions will be discussed in this second call. The final version will be emailed and minor revisions will be accommodated thereafter as necessary. The finished product will arrive via email in the form of a PDF and/or Word .doc (or .docx) as requested.
