Qualifications

• A growth mindset and a willingness to be coached is essential

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required

• Excellent writing skills, able to express original ideas in a creative, succinct, and easily readable fashion

• Skillful editor, with the ability to resolve issues of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting consistency

• Superior communication skills, able to correspond with clients and candidates in a professional manner

• Must be able to work autonomously without a need for constant oversight

• Internally motivated with an intrepid work ethic and big dreams to match
